Where do we ship?
We currently ship to all 48 states in the contiguous U.S. and offer international shipping, though please note that freight charges may be higher for international deliveries.
Which shipping carrier do we use?
We ship via UPS Ground and provide email notifications with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I pick up my order to get free shipping?
We offer free pick-up at our Atlanta, Georgia facility, which is equipped with a loading dock.
Can I use my own shipping account?
We're happy to ship using your own UPS or FedEx account. You can provide your account number, or we can send you the order’s weight details when it's ready for shipping, so you can arrange the shipment on your end.
How soon can you ship out my order?
Shipping time depends on the quantity, style of books ordered, and store volume. We also offer same-day shipment with a rush fee. If you have a deadline, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
